At Called to Surf, we want you to love your coastal-inspired finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
